Items can be sent worldwide all through Royal Mail. 

UK purchases can take 1-3 working days to arrive once posted and all other countries can take 7-10 working days delivery time on average unless it is a busier time with lots of orders mainly around Christmas

UK packaging and posting is free and £3.50 for the rest of the world.
